+The "After the ride" card now says concretely what makes sense right after you get off the bike — a first portion in grams instead of just a daily total. And it honestly checks whether the accelerated storage mode is open at all: that requires depleting your stores below a quarter, which a moderate ride does not reach. ·Scientifically sharpened: the threshold beyond which timing demonstrably no longer matters is already around 8 hours before your next hard session (not 24). And the protein afterwards now has a carbohydrate rationale too — below roughly 1.2 g per kg per hour it does increase glycogen storage.FIX
