VELOSTATS

Telemetry for ambitious road cyclists

Form is measurable.

VeloStats turns your Strava and Apple Health rides into precise telemetry — FTP, form, power curve, records and your bike garage.

Internal testing — coming to TestFlight

VeloStats overview in the telemetry design: form card with fitness, fatigue and form, glowing weekly-goal ring at 100 percent, cards for rides, time, climbing and speed.

CH 03 · Features

Everything that counts.

Five instruments · no gimmicks

F01

FTP & form

FTP history and form (CTL · ATL · TSB) from every ride — computed automatically, no more spreadsheet.

F02Internal

Power curve & zones

Best power over every duration plus time in zones per ride and range — laid over your all-time best.

F03

Records

Best efforts from 5 seconds to 60 minutes — medals you’ll want to break.

F04Internal testing — coming to TestFlight

Bike garage with photo scan

Photograph your bike, done: the AI recognises frame and components and sets up your garage — with kilometre counts, a tyre-pressure calculator and torque values.

F05

Strava connection

Rides land in VeloStats automatically — about two minutes after upload. Apple Health included. No upkeep, no exporting.

v1.33.0
Internal
+The "After the ride" card now says concretely what makes sense right after you get off the bike — a first portion in grams instead of just a daily total. And it honestly checks whether the accelerated storage mode is open at all: that requires depleting your stores below a quarter, which a moderate ride does not reach. In that case the card says so, instead of implying urgency. NEW
·Scientifically sharpened: the threshold beyond which timing demonstrably no longer matters is already around 8 hours before your next hard session (not 24). And the protein afterwards now has a carbohydrate rationale too — below roughly 1.2 g per kg per hour it does increase glycogen storage. FIX
v1.32.0
Internal
+Tyre service in the new instrument look: the sealant block in the bike detail is now its own card with a plain-language status and a year clock; from "top up soon" a small zip-tie instrument shows the 1 cm dipstick mark. In the bike list the service line sits on its own deck, "sealant fresh" and "sealant ok" are distinguishable, and the log action is colour-separated from the amber signal. NEW
v1.31.1
Internal
·Bike list more readable: the new tyre/sealant line runs full width instead of being squeezed next to the pressure block — no more clipped kilometre figures. A due sealant status carries a small amber dot. FIX
v1.31.0
Internal
+New tyre-service journey: first the scope (both wheels or front/rear separately), then what was done (tyres and/or sealant), then the date. Changing a tyre pre-selects "sealant refilled" — the old sealant almost always spills during a swap. Sealant is now tracked per tyre (existing entries carried over automatically), and the tyre/sealant status now also shows in the bike list next to the pressure — calm grey, amber only when something is due. NEW
v1.30.0
Internal
+Service entries can be backdated: for component swaps (chain, cassette, brake pads, tyres) and for tubeless sealant there is now "pick another date" next to "today" — handy, since you rarely log the change on the day itself. For a backdated component, Velo sets the counter to the odometer reading ON THAT DAY, so the kilometres ridden since count correctly. NEW
